At Chemo Cute, every item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to help.

Sizing
Each product includes a size guide to help you choose the best fit.
Because every item is made to order, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selections made at the time of purchase.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order has been submitted.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.
